Your guide to a harmonious and functional kitchen
Eating healthy has a bad wrap. There’s a general misconception that eating healthy means spending hours preparing a meal and eating bland foods. I won’t lie, it does involve some work. It’s certainly much easier to buy frozen dinners, pick up a pizza or order in from your favourite restaurant, but those occasions should be few and far between if you want to eat a healthy well balanced meal.
Organizing your pantry and making your kitchen functional is half the battle. The other half is knowing what ingredients to use, how to use them, and how to combine them to produce finger licking meals and delectable desserts and that’s what I’m here for.
Click on the below links for a comprehensive list of ingredients and tools that I keep on hand and use regularly:

Fresh Foods & Produce
In general, I highly recommend the use of organic ingredients when possible.
